Refund & Returns Policy
At GOLUMINA Studio Inc., we stand behind the clinical efficacy of the GoLumina Contour Face & Neck System. We are proud to offer a 60-day home trial guarantee on all first-time purchases.
1. Backorder Placement & Payment Status
Please note that while our site is in the backorder phase, no payments are processed today and no credit card details are collected. Joining our priority backorder queue reserves a spot in our next production batch at $0.00 down.
If you decide to cancel your backorder prior to manufacturing and invoicing, you may do so at any time with no obligation or fee by emailing us at hello@golumina.shop.
2. 60-Day Satisfaction Trial Guarantee
Once your backorder is finalized, invoiced, and shipped, your 60-day trial period begins on the day of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your skin rejuvenation results after using the GoLumina system consistently for 10 minutes a day, you are eligible for a full refund of your purchase price.
3. Returns Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a refund, returned systems must meet the following guidelines:
- Include the flexible silicone face mask, neck mask, handheld controller, eye shields, velcro straps, USB charging cable, and traveling pouch.
- Be returned in clean, operational condition without deep physical damage or alterations.
- Be shipped back in its original packaging or safe protective shipping container.
4. Return Process & Shipping Fees
To initiate a return after your product delivery:
- Contact our customer support team at hello@golumina.shop with your order number.
- Our team will issue a pre-paid return shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- Pack the system securely and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location. We cover the return shipping costs.
5. Processing & Refund Timelines
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned package at our fulfillment center, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited directly back to the original method of payment (credit card, Klarna, etc.) and typically takes 5–10 business days to clear your bank account depending on your financial institution.
