Shipping Policy
GOLUMINA Studio Inc. is committed to providing free, secure worldwide shipping on all orders. Please review our shipping schedules, handling times, and backorder dispatch rules.
1. Backorder Queue Dispatch
We are currently taking free priority backorders to gauge product demand and manage production sizing.
When our manufacturing batch is completed and your queue number is ready, you will receive a priority backorder email link containing your order invoice. Once payment is finalized, your system is moved to our active fulfillment queue.
2. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no minimum order thresholds or unexpected checkout delivery surcharges.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) due to parcel carrier constraints for rechargeable lithium battery devices.
3. Order Handling & Transit Times
Once your backorder invoice payment is cleared:
- Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Transit Time (US & Canada): 5 – 8 business days (Monday – Saturday).
- Transit Time (International): 7 – 14 business days depending on local customs and postal service handling.
4. Shipment Tracking
Within 24 hours of package handoff to the postal carrier (DHL, FedEx, or USPS), a shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number and a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You can trace your package progress at any time.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All international orders are shipped with duties and customs fees pre-paid (DDP). Customer orders will not incur additional customs check charges or local import delivery fees.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged during transit or fails to arrive within the stated timelines, please contact our support team at hello@golumina.shop. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment or full refund immediately.
